- What is Reglr?
- Reglr is a digital loyalty platform for local businesses. It replaces paper punch cards with a tap-to-check-in system that tracks your visits, rewards your loyalty with tier-based perks, and works without downloading an app.
- How do I check in?
- Tap your phone on the NFC tag or scan the QR code at any participating merchant. You’ll enter your phone number the first time, then it’s one-tap after that.
- Do I need to download an app?
- No. Reglr works through your phone’s browser — just tap the NFC tag or scan the QR code. No app download required.
- How do tiers work?
- Each merchant has 4 tiers based on your total visits: Newcomer, Recognized, Regular, and VIP. Higher tiers unlock bigger discounts — and once you earn a tier, you keep it!
- How can I see my progress and visit history?
- After checking in, you’ll see your current tier, total visits, and progress toward the next tier. You can also access your loyalty dashboard anytime by tapping the NFC tag or scanning the QR code.
- How do I find merchants that use Reglr?
- Look for the Reglr NFC tag or QR code at the counter. We’re growing our network of cafes, restaurants, and retail shops — if your favourite spot isn’t on Reglr yet, let them know!
- What if my phone dies or I don’t have it?
- Your loyalty data is tied to your phone number, not your device. If your phone dies, your visits and tier status are still saved. Just check in again next time and everything will be there.
- How do referrals work?
- Share your referral link with friends. When they visit within 30 days, you both get +1 bonus stamp. Everyone wins!
- Is Reglr free for customers?
- Yes, Reglr is completely free for customers. You’ll never be charged for checking in, earning rewards, or using any customer features.
- How is my data used and protected?
- We only collect your phone number and visit data. We never sell your personal information to third parties. Your data is used solely to track your loyalty progress and deliver rewards. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
- Can I delete my account?
- Yes! Log in to your account, go to Privacy & Security in your profile settings, and follow the steps to delete your account. You have 30 days to recover your account after deletion.
- How do I sign up my business?
- Visit reglr.app/for-business and start your free trial. Setup takes about 10 minutes — configure your tiers, rewards, and branding, and you’re ready to go.
- What does Reglr cost for businesses?
- Reglr starts at $49/month (Starter plan). The Growth plan includes a 14-day free trial so you can try it risk-free. Visit our For Business page for full pricing details.
- What hardware do I need?
- Just an NFC tag, which we provide with your subscription. Customers use their own smartphones to tap and check in. No tablets, scanners, or special equipment required.
- How do I see my analytics and customer data?
- Log in to your Reglr business dashboard to see real-time data: total visits, active customers, tier distribution, visit frequency trends, and at-risk customers who haven’t visited recently.
- Which countries is Reglr available in?
- Reglr is currently available in Australia, with plans to expand to other countries soon. If you’re outside Australia and interested, get in touch — we’d love to hear from you.
